Terms of Service

1.) Account Setup / Email on file
We will setup your account after we have received payment and we and/or our payment partner(s) have screened the order(s) in case of fraud. It is your responsibility to provide us with an email address which is valid. If there is ever an abuse issue or we need to contact you, the primary email address on file will be used for this purpose. It is your responsibility to ensure the email address on file is current or up to date at all times. If you need to verify or change this information, you should contact our sales team via email. Providing false contact information of any kind may result in the termination of your account. If you fail to meet these requirements, the order may be considered fraudulent in nature and be denied.

Mobscripts.com accounts and services may only be used by the client they have been purchased by. It is your responsibility to insure the login to your Client area is kept secure. If for any reason you are locked out of your account you may request a password reset. You must provide valid proof of ownership of the account before the password can be reset.

You may not resell or transfer ownership of our products and services without express written permission from an authorized member of the mobscripts.com staff. Violations of this policy are not taken lightly & if you choose to violate our terms, you will find your account suspended, indefinitely.

2.) Content
All data we receive from Apps such as target information, stats and status is supplied by myspace / playdom or that said App and when it goes down, those functions of the product or service become unavailable, Mobscripts.com / Warsheet.com is not held responsible. But with that said, we will do everything possible to try to restore the full data as soon as possible. No refund will be offered during the periods when the data flow has been interrupted. If those some functions become obsolete or unattainable we will change or products to accommodate and remove those functions.

Mobscripts is in no way affiliated with MySpace or Playdom. Some images on this site are from Paypal's API System and are respectively owned by Paypal. Other images are directly from Myspace or Mobsters and respectively own by that Myspace / Playdom. All other images are owned and copyright by mobscript.com.

All services provided by Mobscripts may only be used for lawful purposes. Examples of unacceptable material on all Shared and Reseller servers include: Links or images related to Hateful/Racist/Harassment oriented sites or content Links or images related to Sites promoting illegal activities Links to virus or phishing site. Hacking attempts or harmful scripts IP Scanners / trackers

Potential harm to minors is strictly forbidden, including but not limited to child pornography or content perceived to be child pornography.

Any service found to promote child pornography or linking to child pornography will be suspended immediately without notice. Violations will be reported to the appropriate law enforcement agency.

Mobscripts services, including all related equipment, networks and network devices are provided only for authorized customer use. Warsheet systems may be monitored for all lawful purposes, including ensuring that use is authorized, for management of the system, to facilitate protection against unauthorized access, and to verify security procedures, survivability, and operational security. During monitoring, information may be examined, recorded, copied and used for authorized purposes. Use of warsheet system(s) constitutes consent to monitoring for these purposes.

Game Tampering – Any attempts made with use of our tools to harm playdom servers, including but not limited to multiple low level hitlisting are prohibited.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Any material that, in our judgment, is obscene, threatening, illegal, or violates our terms of service in any manner may be removed from our servers (or otherwise disabled), with or without notice.

Anyone affiliated with Playdom, or MySpace, is under NO circumstances allowed to engage in anything, related or involving www.mobscripts.com / www.warsheet.com.

3.) Payment Information
You agree to supply appropriate payment for the services received from Mobscripts, in advance of the time period during which such services are provided. You agree that until and unless you notify Mobscripts of your desire to cancel any or all services received, those services will be billed on a recurring basis.

4.) Cancellations and Refunds
Mobscripts reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or otherwise restrict access to the account at any time with or without notice.

Any abuse of our staff in any medium or format will result in the suspension or termination of your services. Customers may cancel at any time. Mobscripts gives you an unconditional 7 day money back guarantee on products and Services for any customer who paid the first invoice with a credit card or with Paypal.

You acknowledge that Mobscripts.com is a digital delivery item and as such is classified as "non-tangible goods". Should you be dissatisfied with our product in any way, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase. Refunds will be issued via the payment method used in the original purchase. Refund requests outside the initial 7 day period will be at the sole discretion of mobscripts.com staff. If your account is suspended due to abuse, you are not entitled to a refund of any kind.

5.) Price Change
The amount you pay for products/services will never increase from the date of purchase. We reserve the right to change prices listed on mobscript.com/warsheet.com.

6.) Coupons
Discounts and coupon codes are reserved for first-time accounts *or first-time customers* only and may not be used towards the purchase of additional services or add-ons unless otherwise specified. If you have signed up using a particular sub-domain, you may not resign up for that sub-domain using another coupon at a later date. Any account found in violation of these policies will be reviewed by our sales department and the appropriate invoices will be added to the account. Coupon abuse will not be tolerated and may result in the suspension or termination of the account. Coupons or discounts are only valid towards the initial purchase, and do not affect the renewal or recurring price.

7.) Changes to the TOS
Mobscripts reserves the right to revise its policies at any time without notice.
